Dear President Duterte,

It takes courage, determination, and discipline to be a leader. While having a great leader can lead to great success, it also comes with the risk of being criticized and overwhelmed. Many things have transpired and changed since you became our president this past years.

Sir, I respect your strength and perseverance because you went above and beyond to help us Filipinos. Promises, on the other hand, are meant to be broken, as we all know and believe. Many of your people were disappointed with your administration since your promises were not kept and you failed miserably as president.

I understand that you have been entrusted with the tough task of repairing and improving the Philippines. I want to wish you well for the remaining months of your service, and I also wish you success and grandeur during those months. Continue to perform your absolute best and create wise decisions and beneficial projects in order to satisfy and gratify the individuals you serve.

Sincerely yours,

                                                                                                                 Kate Angela Rabena

  1. I agree with your statement! Indeed, we as citizens should rightfully be disappointed or complain if we feel that the treatment towards us is not good enough. At the end of the day, we just want better for our country and for the future generations.

  2. Hello! I agree with what you said here. While yes, he was brave enough to run as president and did what he could for the Philippines, he still definitely disappointed a lot of people by not keeping the promises he made.
